Dr. Dustin Boler, previous University of Illinois Adjunct Associate Professor of Meat Science, received the 2020 U of I Sleeter Bull award from Dave Korte, IAMP President. Dr. Boler’s primary focus was teaching and research, but he served as the Technical Advisor to IAMP from 2013 to 2019. Dr. Boler assisted with the Product Show and the IL State Fair Meats Competition. Dr. Boler moved to Missouri and is employed by Topigs Norsvin USA as a meat scientist with focus on research and development, sales and marketing support, customer technical service and allied
